By creating an account or using MG Unlocker Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use mobile servicing tools in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
2. Permitted Use
MG Unlocker Pro is intended for use by professional mobile repair technicians on devices they own or have explicit authorisation to service. You may not use the Service to:
- Unlock or bypass security on devices you do not own and have no authorisation to service.
- Circumvent security measures for illegal purposes.
- Resell access without an approved reseller agreement.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the desktop application or API.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per operation.
- Credits are non-refundable once an operation has been successfully completed.
- If an operation fails due to a server-side error, credits are automatically refunded.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Reseller Accounts
Resellers may distribute access to end users under their own terms, but remain responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms. Reseller API keys must be kept confidential.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, or force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Credits will not be deducted during confirmed downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
The MG Unlocker Pro software, website, and API are the intellectual property of MG Unlocker Pro. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damage to devices resulting from operations performed using the tool. Use the Service at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
